These are the Terms and Conditions of Jenners Worldwide Freight Limited, its servants, agents, employees, directors, subsidiaries, parent and related companies (“the Forwarder”), and they shall apply to all business undertaken by the Forwarder. The person or entity with whom the Forwarder deals is referred to in these Conditions as “the Customer”.
