Transit Times & Routing
Transit times vary depending on origin and service:
- Air freight: typically 3–7 days
- Sea freight (LCL): 5–10 weeks
- Sea freight (FCL): 4–8 weeks
We will always provide routing options based on your required delivery timeframe and budget.
Yes — we can explore airfreight, sea/air, air/sea or premium routing options to meet critical deadlines.
Pricing & Quotes
To ensure accuracy, we require:
- Origin and destination
- Weight and dimensions
- Commodity (what the goods are)
- Incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF)

We aim to provide transparent pricing upfront. Any potential additional charges (e.g. inspections, storage, or duties) will be clearly outlined.
Customs & New Zealand Requirements
Yes, we manage all import and export clearances through the New Zealand Customs Service, ensuring compliance and timely release.
Most imports into New Zealand are subject to GST (15%) and, depending on the goods, may incur duty. We can provide estimates prior to shipment.
The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) manages biosecurity in New Zealand. They inspect goods to prevent pests and contamination entering the country.
Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) is a seasonal biosecurity risk.
Shipments from certain countries (e.g. Europe, parts of Asia, USA) may require mandatory treatment before export to New Zealand.
Cargo may be subject to:
- Inspection
- Treatment (fumigation or heat treatment)
- Delays and additional costs
We proactively manage this risk and advise requirements before shipping wherever possible.
Cargo & Handling

Yes, depending on cargo size and urgency:

- Interisland transport (Auckland–Christchurch) can be impacted by ferry or flight capacity
- Urgent shipments may require priority trucking or air solutions
